Jesus is mentioned as "Good Shepherd" in the passage of the Gospel of John 10:1-21. According to the parallelism of Jesus as Good Shepherd, Jesus appears to regulate His life according to the needs of His "sheep". The same parallelism is used in Psalm 23. Jesus is mentioned as the Good Shepherd in all four Gospels who does not permit to lose any of His sheep.
